Abstract

The new Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire for Everyone (PAR-Q+) and the new online electronic Physical Activity Readiness Medical Examination (ePARmed-X+) pre-participation clearance and risk stratification strategy reduces markedly the barriers to physical activity participation.
