About the Journal
The Health & Fitness Journal of Canada provides an effective medium for health and fitness practitioners, researchers, instructors, and the general population to provide insight into unique and innovative practice in health and fitness. It is our goal to make a journal that can be applied directly to improve the health and well-being of society.
Peer Review Process
All manuscripts are subject to double blind peer-review by a minimum of two external readers, in addition to review by the editors.
